Soccer Time!

We decided to get Levi playing indoor soccer since he is not in preschool this year. He is on a team with 9 little 3 and 4 year old boys. They practice 1 day a week and then have games on Saturdays. It has been so good for his social and listening skills. It is so fun to watch and he seems to really love it. Here are some picture from his first game.Ruby is a good little cheerleader. She attends every practice and game and loves it. She says "ball" and claps.During the first game Levi had a really hard time understanding that only 4 friends could be on the court at one. He acted very mature once we were able to explain to him about taking turns, and now he talks about playing soccer and passing the ball to his friends. He also has gotten good at dribbling. He seems to prefer it to kicking the ball really hard. It didn't take him very long to understand the rules, he doesn't even touch the ball with his hands anymore.
He has scored 3 goals at both of his games. Whenever anyone scores he raises his hands in the air and yells, "GOAT!" He of course thinks that he is saying goal. He is good about cheering for both teams. This past week one of the members of the opposing team started copying him, and would cheer whenever there was a goal. After every goal in his first game he would run into the net, it was so funny. At his second game he would pick up the ball and throw it to the ref-what a helpful boy!

That is so fun for Levi and he definitely needs time to get all his energy out and be rough with the boys.

I'm so bad at leaving comments, but I'm trying to be better! First of all, congrats on having another boy! And second, your kids are adorable! I'm so glad you are doing well!
