Last week we had a really fun day. The weather here was absolutely gorgeous! My friend Carrie called and asked if I wanted to ride the train with her downtown and then stop and have lunch somewhere. She has 2 kids, piper and Ian who are the same ages as my kids. Levi and piper are so cute together. Once when we were at the park they sat on the hill together and held hands and pretended that there were snakes and dinosaurs. Pretty hilarious. So we went on the train and walked downtown for a while. This picture is a bull that is at the sixteenth street mall. While we were walking they were also chasing
swiper the fox from Dora the Explorer, he was on top of building, and in bushes. It was funny. We had a wonderful lunch at Chili's (which is
levi's favorite) and then rode the train back home. It was a really fun morning for the kids and for mommy.
Then after we went home and had naps Aunt Meghan came over to watch the kids so that mommy and daddy could go and see the Phantom of the Opera. With our crazy lives, I had to bring Noah a change of clothes, and picked him up from class at 7:30, ate a romantic dinner of
McDonalds chicken nuggets and chocolate shakes in the car, to make the curtain call at 8:00, whew!! The show was wonderful and amazing. And Meghan had a blast with the kids at the mall. On a side note, I am very sorry that this picture does not show my belly....be assured that it is big, I have outgrown a pair of maternity pants that I wore to the end with both Levi and Ruby.
